Shipping

The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of all the items ordered, this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart.

For Mainland UK customer orders UK VAT will be included.

For all customer orders  EXPORT ORDERS  UK  VAT will be removed in checkout.

VAT and tariffs may apply to your order once it has been dispatched. We are no longer charging UK VAT on all export orders and ship using DDU ” Delivery Duty Unpaid “ DAP  Delivered at place “ this will be charged by each nation once the order has been imported into your destination country.  You will be contacted by the customs teams in each destination country if any VAT or duties are due to be paid.

We try to operate a next working day delivery service where possible, providing your order is placed by 11.30 am and item(s) are in stock, however, please allow 2-3 working days as delays with shipping can happen*. Delivery for machines vary, we will of course keep you informed. * Next day orders including Fedex or Royal Mail received on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday as couriers deliver on a 5 day week .

  • Fedex & Royal Mail 24hr and 48 hr Tracked can possibly be delayed due to logistic delays which are out of our control.

Deliveries must be signed for ( if sent signed for )  also checked immediately on arrival. receipts and documentation should be kept for your records.

Returns of Goods

We will accept Returns for accessories and equipment that are purchased online up to 14 days after you have received the goods. The goods must be unused and unopened and in the same brand new condition in which they were delivered. We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsalable condition. (items that have been made to order will not be refunded or exchanged). The following items may not be returned for credit under any circumstances:

  • Items damaged by water or scale, e.g. solenoids & wearable parts such as group seals & pad seals.

Other exclusions:

  • Steam and water valves & other assemblies – components for repair will be supplied. Replacement valves will not be issued.
  • Damage caused by misuse/abuse, scale or lack of cleaning or products used for an incorrect purpose.
  • Electronics such as PCBs & touch panels are supplied without 6 months warranty. PCBs are non returnable.
  • Heating Elements are not returnable if used – fitted & are classed as wear & tear items.

The cost and responsibility of sending faulty non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory condition and the item (s) have not been used. Any opened or used consumable will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless the product is defective. We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition.

Refunds will be given in the manor in which you paid. We shall reimburse the price of returned merchandise within a maximum of 28 days. Postage will only be reimbursed if the product is faulty.

Cancellation of Order

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please email or telephone us immediately to enable us to credit your funds. You do however have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving delivery, again, you must notify us first by email or telephone. You will be responsible for return postage unless the product is defective.
