To send your machine to us for a quote/service please ensure you have checked the following:
Water tank/reservoir is empty.
You have the original or suitable heavy duty cardboard shipping box or use a large plastic storage box with lid.
You can buy loosefill peanuts and double wall shipping box`s from Ebay or Amazon for any further advice please contact us.
If you have not got the original box you can go to stationary sites such as staples sell large shipping box`s, Ebay Or Hombase stores sell large plastic shipping box`s . We even receive coffee machines in suitcases wrapped in duvets and blankets. All will be returned.
if you are buying or in need of shipping cardboard box`s an ideal size for sending small/medium sized coffee machines eg double walling your machine is in inches 18 x 18 x 20 and on ebay , simply search double wall cardboard boxs .
for larger size machines eg isomac millennium or quickmill double wall inch sizes 20″ x 20″ x 20″
Allow least 10cm cm of gap top/sides/bottom to allow padding material to absorb transit movement so your are encapsulating machinery.
Include a letter of your name ,address and telephone/email details .
Once we receive your machine we email to state arrival.
