Kit comes with
1 x Metal bracket with hex bolt kit to support v6 wand to chassis ( this will require customer to secure to chassis
1 x 1/8m x 1/8f elbow to allow improved curve of reinforced ptfe tubing
1 x Rancilio Steam wand V6 in stainless steel with a 3 hole tip ( one hole tip available as an option)
1 x Stainless steel joint spring
1 x Brass spring guide
1 x Speed Fitting
1 x Special screw Clamp to allow PTFE pipe to connect to steam wand tubing
1 x MALE TO MALE BSP fitting in brass
1 x Food grade high Temperature PTFE Reinforced flex pipe and speed fittings to steam valve and steam wand fitting. ( PTFE flex pipe can be cut short to your requirements )
1 x Heat sleeve to protect nylon tube
ATTENTION You will need to drill a new hole BEHIND THE EXISTING wand hole in the chassis to allow the new Rancilio steam wand to slot through , a 17 /18mm hole will be sufficient to allow the wand to lift up and down on its ball joint

Really pleased with this steam wand. My original Gaggia steam wand was leaking, so I needed a replacement anyway, but on top of fixing the leak this wand produces much better froth than the factory wand. Frothed milk is much, much more ‘solid’, if that’s the right word.
Pretty easy to fit – don’t be daunted! Just note that the supplied hose extends the existing hose, don’t try to disconnect the factory hose from the steam valve.
