We have been working closely with owner Miss Roberta Rancilio of  Magister of Milan as an authorised  partner  since the Millennium and they produce domestic & commercial espresso machinery to a very high standard.

The Magister ES30 is one of the best value machines on the market.  It features a large 400ml brass boiler, electronically controlled volumetric dosing, commercial grade 58mm  brew group, 10mm steam with 4 holes tip and a large 3L water tank with level sensor.

Features:

• Electronic Temperature Control Equipped with an NTC Temperature Probe ( Same as PID coffee machines ) More precise than thermostat controlled machines, the ES30 features an electronic temperature controller also allowing the user to pick between 85c up to 105c in one degree increments ( just the same as pid boilers) to preset brew temperature. Electronics manufactured by GICAR ITALY.
• Commercial Steam Wand:  The multidirectional commercial ball joint style 10mm steam wand comes equipped with a four-hole tip to perfectly craft velvety micro foam for lattes, cappuccinos, and more. The micro foam created by the commercial steam wand is tight enough for high quality latte art.
• Volumetric dosing: The ES30 is equipped with a flowmeter allow the user to precisely program the volume of water for single and double shots of espresso.
• Large brass boiler: The 400ml brass boiler provides increased steam power, resists scale build-up and improved durability,
• Stainless Steel Body:  Built to last, the Magister ES30 features a high quality polished stainless steel body and frame.
• Automatic fill-up: Boiler will Automatically fill-up and go back to coffee temperature after steaming to insure your coffee is brewed at the correct temperature.
• 3 Way Solenoid Valve: The three-way solenoid valve relieves the pressure in the portafilter immediately after pulling a shot.  This leaves the coffee puck dry, making it easy to clean and pull the next shot.
• Vibration Pump with internal adjustable OPV
• Pictures show protective laser film covering some of the Mirror Shiny Stainless Steel Body panels.
