Open base knock-out tube designed to be set into counter top, usually in front of the grinder, and with a waste bin placed underneath for coffee grounds and other rubbish to fall straight into.
High quality stainless steel with rubber coated bar and rubber counter gasket to dampen noise and seal between counter and knock-out.
