No contract will subsist between you and espressolane.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until espressolane.uk accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time espressolane.uk sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). Items can not be bought for resale without prior permission. espressolane.uk reserves the right refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. espressolane.uk also retains the right to not complete any order it wishes to do so providing that the monies have not been taken or a full refund is given. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless myespresso.co.uk decides otherwise.

Espresso Lane Ltd Refund Policy

If goods * are returned due to being faulty or not wanted, so long as they are returned within time ( 14 days ) the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

*The following items may not be returned for credit under any circumstances:

Items damaged by water or scale, e.g. solenoids & wearable parts such as group seals & pad seals.

Other exclusions:

Steam and water valves & other assemblies – components for repair will be supplied. Replacement valves will not be issued.

Damage caused by misuse/abuse, scale or lack of cleaning or products used for an incorrect purpose.

Electronics such as PCBs & touch panels are supplied without 6 months warranty. PCBs are non returnable.

Warranty 
All new machinery sold is ex works and is covered under manufacturer conditions of warranty  Terms and Conditions apply. If a problem with machinery is logged to us by email or phone call , we will assist immediately to resolve issue .If customer requires to send machinery into our service centre  our address is on this website ( under contact us ).

Delivery
UK  CUSTOMERS
Expect Next day delivery excludes Weekend and operates Monday to Friday. All other delivery options of orders are  within 2-3 days although most items will be dispatched within 24hrs and received within 48-72 hrs.. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer the consumer a refund.
WORLDWIDE CUSTOMERS
We are no longer charging UK VAT on all export orders and ship using DDU ” Delivery Duty Unpaid DAP ” Delivered at place” this will be charged by each nation once the order has been imported into your destination country.  You will be contacted by the customs teams in each destination country if any VAT or duties are due to be paid.
Delivery prices
Delivery prices are priced on weight and will be added automatically when an order is place. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. The final price will be in pounds sterling (unless otherwise stated). Please click here for specific terms.
Cancellation Rights

You the consumer are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations ( to not include goods that are to your personal specification or ordered specially for you ) You the consumer have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. You the consumer can be asked to return and pay for the cost of returning the goods. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and be unopened.

Commercial Sales are subject to a return to base warranty only unless you purchase a service contract at the time.

Free Items
All items included with our offers are subject to availability and in the event that the specific item or items are unavailable, we reserve the right to supply and equivalent product of same specification.
Non payment of Goods
Any non payment of goods not paid for after 3 months of sale date  will be disposed of to recover monies owed.
